At the arraignment on the information in July, a trial date for the People of the State of California vs. Addison, Constance Nicole was set for January 5, 2021. The next step in the process is a pretrial conference, which will take place on Monday, Sept. 28. at 1:30 p.m. at the Sutter County Superior Courthouse.
Addison has also filed a motion to set aside the PC187(a)-F-Murder charge, which will be addressed in a separate hearing on Friday, Oct. 2 at 9 a.m.
