The rescheduled arraignment on the information took place this morning. Connie Addison again pled "Not Guilty" on the charges for which she is to be tried: PC187(a)- F -Murder, PC191.5(a)- F -Gross Vehicular Manslaughter While Intoxicated, VC20001(b)(1)- F -Hit & Run Resulting in Injury; and PC273a(b)- M -Child Endangering- Cruelty to Child.
The trial date is set for the beginning of next year, Tuesday, January 5, 2021 at 9:00 am.
Trial readiness date is set for Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 9:00 am.
A felony pre-trial conference is scheduled for Monday, September 28 at 1:30 pm.
