The arraignment on information for Connie Addison takes place at the Sutter County Superior Courthouse on Monday, June 22, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.
At the May 7th preliminary hearing Addison was held to answer on each count, and has been bound over for trial. She is charged with: PC187(a)- F -Murder, PC191.5(a)- F -Gross Vehicular Manslaughter While Intoxicated, VC20001(b)(1)- F -Hit & Run Resulting in Injury; and PC273a(b)- M -Child Endangering-Cruelty to Child.
Plans have been made to hold a jury trial for a Yuba City woman accused of driving under the influence, which resulted in a collision that killed a local teenager last fall...

It was confirmed in court today that Constance Addison will be tried on all charges against her: Murder (Felony), Gross Vehicular Manslaughter While Intoxicated (Felony), Hit & Run Resulting in Injury (Felony), and Child Endangering- Cruelty to Child (Misdemeanor).
The arraignment hearing will take place on June 22 at 9:00 am at the Sutter Superior Courthouse.
