Additional Criminal Charges
On December 1, 2022 Constance Addison was arraigned on the following misdemeanor criminal charge: PC1202.4(f)(5)- M -State as True a Material matter known by defendant to be false on disclosure.
These charges stem from the defendants disclosures made to the court at the restitution hearing in case CRF19-2791 in the fall of 2021.
Appeal on Case CRF19-2791
Court of Appeal Case: C094983 was filed on October 8, 2021 by inmate WG8095. William Parks was assigned as her counsel on 1/20/22. An opening brief was filed on 5/23/22, the respondent's brief was filed on 9/9/2022, and the appellant's reply was filed on 10/18/22. At that time the court indicated the case was fully briefed and the appeal is now awaiting the 3rd Appellate District Court to schedule oral arguments or proceed with the case.
