Today was an emotional one. We heard victim impact statements from several family members and relived the events of October 7, 2019 a half dozen different ways.

In the end, the request for a new trial was denied. And Constance Addison received a sentence of 15 years to life in state prison.


A restitution hearing is scheduled for 11/12 at 9:00 a.m. at Sutter County Superior Courthouse.
