Change of Venue?

In a hearing on Thursday, the defendant's motion to change the venue for the jury trial, currently scheduled for January 5, 2021 will be heard, along with a second motion for the return of personal property (referring to her driver's license).

The hearing takes place Thursday morning, Dec. 10, at 9:00 a.m. at the Sutter County Superior Courthouse.
